SHIPPING COSTS

All orders are shipped by Royal Mail with the following services.

Royal Mail 24 / £3.50 per order
Royal Mail 48 / £3.00 per order
Royal Mail Tracked 24 / £5.00 per order
Royal Mail Tracked 48 / £4.50 per order

We can only support one shipping service per store. Shipping options are also dependent on the products being ordered. We use a mix of white label packaging options to ship customer orders.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All international orders are shipped by Royal Mail International Tracked. We only support shipments to the following countries.

*An IOSS tax number will need to be provided for shipments to countries within the European Union.

INTEGRATION & SET-UP COSTS

There is a one-off integration cost of £100 per e-commerce store.

This cost includes:
- A full brand consultation
with one of our team where we can introduce you to the products we have
on offer, as well as run through the decoration and garment finishing
options we have available on demand.
- Integration with our order
management system. For customers looking to add an additional store with
the same products, this can be added for an additional £50.00 per store.
